Propel Counseling is a private practice located in Clintwood, Virginia serving Dickenson, Wise, Buchanan and other surrounding counties of Southwest Virginia face-to-face. Telehealth is available to those in need throughout the state of Virginia. We work alongside individuals and families to assist in propelling them forward through empowerment, connection, healing, and faith.
Propel continues to grow to serve the community’s need and provide a client-centered and evidence-based approach. We work hard with you to not just host an opportunity for you to talk to someone. We go the extra mile with you to provide teaching and psychoeducation. New Clients: We do not require a referral from your doctor. To learn more about becoming a new client simply call 276-219-3237.
Existing Clients: You have access to your client portal by clicking here. Within the client portal you may view upcoming appointments, pay your balance, and message Propel team members. You may also digitally sign documents.
Covid-19 Protocol
We respectfully follow all current guidelines put into place to ensure health standards. Currently, we are seeing clients face-to-face in the office, homes, and communities. We are currently not requiring that masks be worn in our building. We have the ability to provide telehealth if counselors or clients are symptomatic or in quarantine. We allow clients to make their own choice to wear a mask and will respectfully wear a mask per client request. We will work with any client who has special needs or requests to the best of our ability.
